Brickfolio is currently in beta testing. As beta software, it is subject to the following risks and limitations:

Software Bugs and Errors

• The software may contain bugs, errors, or defects
• Features may not work as expected or may produce incorrect results
• Calculations may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Data may be corrupted, lost, or displayed incorrectly

Service Interruptions

• The service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Access may be interrupted without prior notice
• The beta period may end at any time

Data Loss

• Data loss may occur during the beta period
• Backups may fail or be incomplete
• We cannot guarantee data recovery in case of loss

Brickfolio is a property management tool only and does NOT provide:

Financial Advice

• Financial planning services
• Guidance on buying, selling, or financing properties
• Analysis or opinions on property values or market conditions

Tax Advice

• Tax planning or preparation services
• Guidance on tax deductions or credits
• Advice on REP (Real Estate Professional) status qualification

BRICKFOLIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BRICKFOLIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

By creating an account and using Brickfolio, you acknowledge that you have:

• Agreed to accept all risks associated with using beta software
• Agreed to maintain your own independent backups
• Agreed not to rely solely on Brickfolio for important decisions
• Released Brickfolio from liability as described above
