2. Beta Software Disclaimer

Brickfolio is provided as beta software. This means:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
• The Service may experience downtime or interruptions
• Data loss may occur during the beta period
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

3. Account Registration

Data Export

You may export your data at any time. When the beta period ends, you will have the option to export all your data before transitioning to a paid plan or closing your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRICKFOLIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on the Service
• Damages arising from service interruptions

8. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Brickfolio is a property management tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. You should:

• Consult with qualified professionals for financial decisions
• Consult with a tax professional for tax-related matters
• Consult with an attorney for legal matters
• Verify all calculations and information independently

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brickfolio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
