Requests can be marked as Emergency (immediate safety issue), High (needs attention within 24 hours), Medium (needs attention this week), or Low (can be scheduled conveniently).

Can I assign vendors to requests?

Yes! Assign requests to vendors from your vendor list. Track which vendor is handling what, and link completed work to expenses automatically.

How does cost tracking work?

Enter estimated costs when assigning work, then record actual costs upon completion. Expenses can be auto-created and linked to the request for your records.

Can tenants submit requests directly?

The tenant portal feature is coming soon. For now, you can easily enter requests on behalf of tenants with their contact information and issue details.
